New: Lockdown Towpath Series

The Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation was within easy reach for me on foot during the lockdown, and this coincided with the towpath looking at its loveliest. The air was clearer, the weather was beautiful, all you could hear was birdsong and the path was alive with cow parsley, hawthorne and even the mayfly. People were clearly delighted to escape from home, whilst social distancing (or not), and it was a very enjoyable series.
